Man's car broke down, so he walked alongside highway. Cop responds to a call about a man walking along a highway and escalated it immediately. No crime, no threat, nothing just 0 to 100 immediately. Didn't even ask why he was walking along the road, didn't ask if he needed help to get out of danger's way, didn't give two shits about the man telling him the problem.
