If anyone still believes cops can investigate themselves properly, you yourself are blind and stupid and you will be a victim someday from police brutality. Judge found that this cop didn't give time for compliance, just 0-100 in 5 seconds. Now why do people not trust cops?

Disgusting prosecutors who think that bringing cases to trial will force the victim to take a plea deal. If defendants never took a plea deal, a prosecutor would never be able to get through enough cases and their success rate would fall below 20%. People oughta not take plea deals from prosecutors anymore with them abusing the court system the way they do. This case was clear cut dry, the judge didn't even want it in his docket because it was so stupid,  prosecutor stupid. The only person who should have been prosecuted was the f*cking PIG Frankie Contreras. Instead of serving as a check and balance, they decide to side blindly, corruptly despite all evidence of a crime committed by the person who is supposed to know the law. The prosecutor deserves jail, prison and a death sentence if anything. They do not defend the law instead they choose to abuse it.
