In the phone recordings, Ryan uses an anti-gay slur against David Coulter, the county’s highest elected official, who is gay. She also refers to Black people in the US as lazy.
“I’m not systemically racist. I’m a new racist,” said Ryan, who was first elected in 2010.

This is exactly the kind of judge, the kind of behavior exhibited by many judges including the ones who protect gRump. All the people of color's cases who had her in their cases need to be reviewed. This is exactly the ROT in the system. Exactly what it means when people say America is racist. This nasty treatment of people who you don't even know because all you can see is skin color. Should be treated as a mental illness that needs re-education in a work camp at this point. She, and other racists, needs to be subjected to the same behavior to understand what she is doing to others.
