How did he witness the speed? Perfectly legitimate question. We all see the cop speeding around then decides to pull a black dude over randomly. No witnessing his speed, no speed measuring device, just his weird ass eyes seeing a car pull up to a stop sign.
This cop needs to be randomly drug tested. He clearly hallucinated or he was trying to meet a quota. He needed something to bag that night. That other cop was in on it.

It wasn't smart for the guy to argue with the cops since he was in the car, but he was well within his rights to resist an unlawful stop, detainment and arrest. He was well within his rights to ask questions about the illegal stop.

It's not a case of stupidity more than it is a case of nefarious activity by a law enforcement PIG. They have something going on in that PIG PEN that we are not privy to. It will be years before anything like that is revealed like with the other PIG PENs. It's a cancer that needs surgical precision to cut out completely. Many PIGs need to be fired and banned for good.
