Supposedly this was referred for only disorderly conduct. This was in public and it involved this piece of shit racist physically assaulting another person because he had such strong objections or whatever to a simple handshake from his daughter to him at a graduation ceremony.

This gem:

School Board President Kevin Vodak, board members Gwynne Peterson, Katie Kalish and Amy DeLong, and Baraboo High School Principal Steve Considine shared the stage with Briggs. The man did not interact with any of them but only confronted Briggs.

Any charges stemming from this should be enhanced to hate crime plain and simple.

Let's give some advice to this r-tard of a parent.

1. Your daughter is gonna bang some black men. Get used to it.

2. If you have such strong objections, you have multiple choices: a. YOU don't attend. Out of sight, out of mind. b. Both you and your daughter don't attend. Clearly, your daughter would object. c. Attend, but turn your back.

Don't touch another person just because you object to their presence where he is supposed to be. You aren't important bro. You are an embarrassment to your daughter.
