Officer John Greer III, of Cederville with the Bridgeton Police Department attacked a man while handcuffed. Police chief felt that federal crimes shouldn't be prosecuted as they had dealt their own "punishment" whatever that means clearly he was still working. Is this chief an idiot or just corrupt? It could be both.

Apparently spraying someone with OC spray just isn't an issue for these cops, but punching would be. Let's spray these idiots with O.C. spray and see if it is assault on a peace officer. Hypocritical PIGs.

Grier was called to the Riggins Gas Station on West Broad Street in Bridgeton on June 17, 2017, as a backup officer for a DUI arrest. After another officer placed the suspect in handcuffs, Grier sprayed him directly in the face twice with a can of Oleoresin Capsicum, commonly referred to as pepper spray, officials said.

Inexcusable behavior. The kind of behavior that the "county prosecutor declined to charge". What kind of prosecutor do they have? Ah one of those ones who doesn't like to rock the boat and do their jobs.

Grier was indicted by a grand jury in June 2017 on charges of violating an individual’s civil rights and falsifying a record for allegedly submitting a falsified police report about the incident.

So how is none of this jailable as a peace officer. Literally what a chaos officer does. He couldn't possibly still be on the force after being arrested, charged and convicted of crimes right? Falsifying a police report would surely make you untrustworthy and unbecoming of a cop right? Ha.
