An homeowner's (Raul Ortiz) GF moved her a** out of the home and gave the key to the ex-bf. Cops were geared up to arrest the homeowner. They got themselves into scuffle, very much premeditated, and arrested the homeowner. It was a civil dispute from the start, why they felt so inclined to tell and encourage the girlfriend to kick the door in to enter the home where she does not live anymore nor have any access to, we'll find out in federal court. Why they haven't been FIRED yet, again we'll find out in federal court.
