Unnecessary escalation. Tasing because things weren't arbitrarily done fast enough since the deputy was agitated and wanted to go home. So much for wanting to go home escalating a non-violent situation. Causing the public unnecessary distress through violence, spending for these cases and payouts.

It's tiring to see these PIGS constantly and blatantly rushing themselves into a trainwreck. While their Internal affairs found this pig violated their policy, it took four years for an appeals court to overturn a bad lower court's ruling so the cab driver could pursue his case against the pig and his handlers.
