38 months for knowingly executing and abusing authority depriving people of their freedom while drug possessors and dealers get 10 years or more. Sounds like the systems we've all come to learn and love. Officer was a drug dealer. If you plant drugs on people, you've distributed drugs therefore drug dealer.
