Imagine giving officers during a "consensual encounter" permission to search YOU and YOUR CAR. They do it for longer than they need to and decide you are free to go supposedly then savagely beat you for no reason. Why comply and not ask questions when you encounter corrupt dipshts who abuse their authority?

The old adage of comply doesn't work against unchecked corruption. Especially when corruption is protected by "qualified immunity". If you have NO lawful basis for an arrest, you have NO immunity. It should be that f*cking simple.

Where was the crime that initiated any of these arrests? These two f*ckers got off because of shitty prosecutors and a shitty criminal justice system. The same one that allows a criminal former president to roam around free like nothing ever happened with regards to leading an insurrection because he lost an election. Criminals with badges and audiences roaming around free because of THE rot in the system that's grown to epic proportions.

What the hell is the point of complying if they can attack you anyway and get away with it? Hell, what the hell is the point of fighting for a country that allows for unchecked corruption like this for f*cks sake. It's just more public trust eroded until the system falls on itself with no one wanting to protect it any longer.

Total trash. These two former officers Teddy Sims and Samuel Serrett need to be in prison for the rest of their lives for their contribution to eroding public trust.
