Institute of Justice is suing, on behalf of Sylvia Gonzalez, CORRUPT Castle Hills, Texas officials for retaliation against a City Council member for spearheading a petition to remove a bad city manager. It will go to the Supreme Court because the Circuit Court is split.

Her constituents wanted better management of the city. The city manager happened to be friends with other city officials and her the city council member ARRESTED for a misplaced paper which was the petition that the mayor has asked for. The mayor decided to accuse her of STEALING HER OWN PETITION! 😳

Mind you, that is just one part of the story. Since she was elected, she had been replaced and had to fight in the court to reclaim her seat. She'd given up since then after the multiple attempts to remove her because of the bills associated. Yes, a city government removed a city council member by abusing their power.
