The responding officer, Shutterly, is very "uncomfortable" about executing her lawful duty and executed it incompetently. If it were the other guy who slammed into this piece of shit, they'd gang up on the dude and harass him out of town. This was just after she told the other guy, a black man, to give her space because of smoke. Cops DEMAND respect while giving none back. This is a two way street, f*cking pigs.
