Does one need to be a doctor to see she was in medical distress? Your eyes, nose and ears can't discern the difference between how they are and how she is? 

She asked for her inhaler and they confidently asserted she had no inhaler OOPs then they find it. They don't even bother to render her any help at all through the whole encounter.
