This cop was AFRAID that Ward was trying to grab at his officer issued gun. Only problem with that is that there was too much distance for that to happen before attempting to YANK him out of the car.

Now why'd he try to yank him out? For trying to eat a pill. In what world does an officer have justification to grab at a person for taking a pill? What harm has it done to the cop or anyone in the immediate vicinity? If the cop was sooooo concerned for the man's safety in ingesting the pill, what's up with the shoot to kill crap then. That cop did more harm to him than the pill would have ever done. BY THE WAY, the pill was a prescription medicine.

Richard Ward, 32, was fatally shot by a Pueblo County sheriff's deputy on Feb. 22, 2022. He was waiting to pick up his younger brother from school when the deputy dragged him from the vehicle, a struggle ensued and the deputy shot Ward three times in the chest, according to the complaint.

The Tenth Judicial District Attorney’s Office cleared both deputies involved in the call in October, arguing the deputy who fired was justified in his use of force.

And that's why you can't rely on connected agencies to properly hold each other into account. Also one of the foremost reasons why people see the government as corrupt.

The cop wasn't concerned about any gun. He was concerned about the pill and harmed a man worse than a pill would have. We have tools to test and deal with drugs, not death. This cop is a murderer and the government's refusal to acknowledge that only results in unrest and change of representation. The government is not and will never be leaders especially with the riff raff laws they have in place to keep bottom feeders in their positions.
