Imagine being told “You are stopping too many Russian and Chinese”. How do you feel about that? Do you just stop doing it or do you take it as a joke and keep on stopping them. What if you believed policing wasn't racist and you were told that you are not stopping enough people of a certain background? Do you say that guy must be racist or corrupt? What if that guy was in charge of many teams where you worked? Who do you trust to tell about your story? How do you know the rest haven't been corrupted.

You know why they say stop black and hispanic people? Because they are easier targets since most wealth is controlled by lighter skin people. It's easier to target those who cannot afford to defend themselves properly.

At a police station tucked into an end-of-the-line subway terminal in South Brooklyn, the new commander instructed officers to think of white and Asian people as “soft targets” and urged them to instead go after blacks and Latinos for minor offenses like jumping the turnstile, a half-dozen officers said in sworn statements.

Those subordinates recently came forward, many for the first time, providing signed affidavits to support a discrimination lawsuit brought by four black and Hispanic police officers.

The officers claim they faced retaliation from the New York Police Department because they objected to what they said was a longstanding quota system for arrests and tickets, which they argued mainly affected black and Hispanic New Yorkers.

Apparently, an organization can give you low marks on your job for not meeting their racially biased quotas and get away with it. This is despite audio recording of the same cop, who gave low performance marks to Michael Birch who said he only stopped who he observed committing crimes.

So they say cops aren't racist or America isn't racist. Americans inherited a racist system and continue to perpetuate it because the ideas of tearing it down would be too costly. Play whack a mole by firing those who are revealed as racist has proven more costly and time consuming than taking drastic action early. When do you tear it down? Constantin Tsachas is a fucking racist and has not been punished for racial bias. There are those who continue to protect this piece of shit because they don't care about you. All they care for is their job and targeting the easiest prey and thereby continue the statistical myth that most crime is committed by Black and Hispanic people. Most crime reported by the NYPD is racially biased. Most crime is committed by whites and they know it so, but ignore it because it would make them look bad.

To make a career out of destroying others then complain that those who were destroyed as "destroying the city" has been lucrative.
