The letter, with no name attached to it, did not cite which law the course violated or what in the curriculum was objectionable.

Notice how no one wants to put their name or cite any particular law because no one wants to put their name down and be labeled a racist. Bureaucrats complain about "bureaucrats" then act exactly like so. Put your name on it or stfu racists.

Intentional vagueness on all fronts because they don't want anyone to learn about Black History in Florida. Why is that? It screams of intentional RACISM.

They know their "laws" are unconstitutional and will be destroyed in court.

Among other things, it prohibits instruction that could make students feel responsibility for or guilt about the past actions of other members of their race.

This is the anti-CRT people who complain, bitch and moan about snowflakes but then go on to be the BIGGEST snowflakes out there.

Last year, a federal judge blocked part of the Stop WOKE Act — officially named the Individual Freedoms Act — that would have regulated workplace trainings on issues such as race and diversity.

As said before, Florida's BIGGEST snowflake laws are unconstitutional and will be struck down because it is in violation of the 14th amendment as well as the 1st amendment.
