Didn't see much of a fight play out here other than him restraining himself while being unnecessarily crazed. Was he just on a roid rage, angry or scared or all of the above? The cop on the other hand just felt he didn't want to hear him anymore, so choked him with snow.

Officer John Turnure, who worked for Akron since 2009, voluntarily resigned effective March 31, while the investigation into the Feb. 7 incident was on-going.

So the cop quit because he was in the right, right? RIGHT? There's no way that was excessive force in the cop's mind because that's what he was trained to do. The Akron Police Department clearly stands behind such behavior as they did nothing. The officer quits and they don't bother investigating hoping it will go away. Well, it's not going away.

Well Charles Hicks took the step he needed to take and sued that police department and officer.
