This "teacher" will be charged for attacking a minor that's for sure. The minor did not attack him or anyone else, so he can wave bye bye to his freedom. He is lucky if the child's parents do not go after him for damages related to any injuries sustained by the teacher initiated violence. Bad teachers use violence to coerce students rather than use the passivity of the situation against the child.

If the child don't want to sit then they don't want to sit, let em stand outside because they don't want to listen or learn.
