The two officers are then seen shoving the older man back, and one of the officers uses his baton to push the man backward.

The man takes several steps backward, then falls over, his head audibly smacking against the sidewalk. He is then seen laying motionless on the ground with blood coming out of his right ear.

"He's bleeding out his ear," someone can be heard saying.

Local ABC affiliate WKBW reported that a spokesperson with the department originally reported the man was injured when he "tripped & fell" — without mentioning any police involvement.

The video, however, shows the man tripped after he was pushed by the officers.

The blant COPGANDA spewed and broadcasted by witting local news. Yeah, he just "tripped and fell" just like the driver "who crashed his car" while police chased him and you find out on video police caused him to crash and die. It's just outright disgusting propaganda to make it appear they had nothing to do with it.

The arbitrator said the officers testified that they were only trying to move Gugino out of their “personal space” and physically keep Gugino away from their weapons.
He noted that Torgalski testified that he was concerned that Gugino was getting close to his police firearm. The officer said he was also worried that he might catch the Covid-19 virus from Gugino.

LOL LMFAO! Do you see the amount of shit they said to make it seem like what they did was proper and righteous! OFFICER SAFTEY! The arbitrator is absolutely too far biased. Someone has to be an "innocent bystander" in order to not be hurt by cops? What world does "Jeffrey M. Selchick" live in that cops should be able to use whatever force they want on a peaceful protestor? Especially one where a protest is against the exact behavior. Wouldn't be surprised if this arbitrator was a Republican or MAGA.

We won't see the civil trial until 2024 where they should be expected to win against the city.
