Tony Link, Berkley Springs West Virgina Cop, Threatens Man while Man Asks for Ambulance
Man just wanted an ambulance after getting jumped.
Looks like Tony Link is the Chief of Police. He was involved in a prior shooting where a cop shot a man through a closed door.
