If you care about your child's education then you'll take him out of that school and homeschool him until he can transfer to another school. Remote learning is a thing these days. Find other avenues to deal with education of your children or they will fail.

Diane Morgan, Parris' grandmother, told CBS 2 when she showed up to the school, her grandson was in a wheelchair. “I got out of the truck. I entered the school. The officer approached me and informed me that ‘there was a little struggle,’” Morgan said. “‘Parris had slipped and fell and hit his head.’” That’s the story she was told.

They lied to her. Also not sure where suspending kids came out of the question instead of having to deal with a school resource officer who feels inclined to use any force in this situation. Usually, one will talk to the child to gain compliance, but no forget that. Laziness is the culprit here.
