So they had nothing on her after phishing for information and tried to pull her out of the car with NO LEGAL BASIS, NO CRIME, NOTHING and you'll see them act like it was just fine. You attacked someone who was doing their job, you attacked someone who complied with your orders, you attacked someone who even with no reasonable basis for taking her out of the car was going to come out of the car.

The female cop, Detective Bell, is a racist for sure. What was with the pulling and tugging then attack on her after she got out. You call that a detainment? That was an arrest. The amount of force used on her UNDER COMPLIANCE was racist as fuck. That's exactly the racist mindset that causes BLM and ACAB.

They established nothing about her that would cause them to think she was who they were looking for. If you don't know who you're looking for how the fuck are you going to find it? They got all the information they needed, but wanted to play kidnap anyway because she might have other criminal issues to deal with.

They wanted to ticket her for Resisting, Delaying or Obstructing a police officer, but the Sergeant figured it would be a bad coverup and he knew he would be liable and lose his job. Let's be honest, he only turned that request down after she said she don't have any criminal issues pending so anything they did at that point would be VERY hard to stick.

Fact is they escalated and retaliated against someone who was doing their fucking job because she's dark skinned. They had no clue who they were looking for. No description, nothing. Could be looking for a white man, but somehow a black woman fits the description.  Detective Bell fucked up real bad. How bad?

He said his team obtained police radio traffic implying there were no potentially violent suspects nearby. “The only person they was looking for was 20 miles away,” he said.

There's goes the defense of looking for a violent suspect. They were given this information BEFORE they approached Ms. Dunlap.

Taxpayer's gonna forfeit a lot of money to this woman.
