Ooooook, if an officer feels someone is unlawfully using 911 whats the problem with issuing them a fine again? or citation? Oh right because she's black and cops don't like the idea of blacks "unlawfully" using 911. Why didn't they go ahead and charge the woman with it if they felt they had a strong case? Ooops. Didn't take long for this to escalate, mostly because the cop is fuming that it isn't a murder or something more dire. You would think a cop called over to an argument would... do their job and follow their motto to keep the peace regardless of an arrest needed. It was clear that assistance was needed in this situation to get the problem resolved. Again, haven't seen this happen to wicked white witches who call cops for nothing.

The question no one asks when it comes to cRiMe is which crime has risen and what is the number relative to population growth. The crime wave is only in red states because they are cesspools of republican trash.

Too many cops around doing nothing getting aggravated having to respond to cases that haven't escalated to a fight. Too many cops = Defund.
