Sophia Rosing was arrested after a video shows her calling a student employee racial slurs. It happened early Sunday morning at Boyd Hall's front desk when the student was working an overnight shift.
Rosing was booked in the Fayette County Detention Center. She faces criminal charges including two counts of assault, public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

She will "voluntarily" withdraw from the university and enter into something to help her with something. Seems like a way to get out of jail or lessen a jail sentence. Clearly, we can see where the lawyer is trying to go with this.

The university should continue and make sure she is expelled with no option to ever come back.

Justice system better put her in prison for assault.
