The suspect - Jermaine Vaughn, 38 - was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct on September 24 but dismissed on October 8, according to court documents. 

SUCH A DANGEROUS crime that warranted stomping a HANDCUFFED man's face. Why was or is this motherfucking pig not in jail? Any of us do that and there'd be a warrant.

A federal grand jury has indicted Sgt. Eric Huxley, 44, on one count of deprivation of rights under color of law after body camera footage showed him kicking a man in the face while assisting in his arrest. The man was handcuffed and lying on his back.
