Mark Grisanti, a New York State Supreme Court Justice. Not that the cops knew that. You'd think he would be careful on the account that he is a judiciary.

😂 You are kidding. Guy shoves a cop while detaining his wife and all he gets is a warning. Murica, wtf? Because the guy is white and name dropping?

Longer video will show the guy being detained after name drop after name drop and pissed off cop. We all expect to see the man pile driven for assault given the fact that even barely touching a cop could get you thrown in jail.

It is all about neighborhood and home values in the end. Cops won't treat you as aggressively in a richer suburban neighborhood because lawyers involved = byebye job.

A state judge from Buffalo is fighting to keep his job during a disciplinary hearing this week.
The state Commission on Judicial Conduct is hearing testimony from witnesses and viewing video evidence from a June 22, 2020, confrontation with Buffalo police officers outside Judge Mark J. Grisanti’s North Buffalo home.

Remember, this judge is assaults a cop and isn't tazed or anything. His lawyer says he should not face any punishment because of a "few minutes" of his life. Yes, the same few minutes that others have before a cop shoots them because they FEARED for their life. Cop made a mistake that day and should have escalated it, so we can see who gets fired. Judges lives matter or Cops? 🤔
