A Black man who ended up in handcuffs when he tried to act as a Good Samaritan and help a woman during a violent domestic dispute can resume suing a state trooper for racially motivated false arrest and malicious prosecution, a federal appeals court has ruled.

Also a reason why a black person should not stop to help white people in a dangerous situation. There's just no point in getting involved in a situation where it can turn on you even if it is 2 words against 1. There is just no point. Drive by and call cops if anything. If the other person in immediate danger is attacked or dies well blame American society for why bystanders should not get involved.
