Government doesn't work well when you have Republicans in it the more we see their conduct. Why does a republican state accept welfare funds anyway? They are all about "small government" and "no handouts". It's  all chesty talk by poor distrustful people brainwashed by other morons who accept handouts.

Getting paid to do nothing. Brett Favre makes no speech and just gets a handout. What'd he figure millions of dollars came into his account for? Who, in the right mind, thinks they can walk this earth and suddenly have millions of dollars pop into their bank account for multiple years without a sliver of thought of where it came from and what it was for? Favre along with all the other receipents are fools for accepting money without any work done for it.

They should absolutely pay 50% interest as a penalty for being stupid as fuck. Not knowing it came from welfare funds isn't the point. You accepted handouts believing there was no corruption when it is blatantly obvious. Millions of dollars with no work, fuck off if that doesn't ring alarm bells to tell you not to accept.
